Quote by Akira-sanAh, I didn't see it
yet x~ what a cute wallie! Lots of pink, haha xD
Good job with the stock, the effects in this wallie looks rly nice... but I
guess you used too much of that white thing, it looks nice but it's too much for
my personal taste xD
Other than that I rly liked this cute wallie, also carnelian's scan... good job
on this one, my friend ^^
+fav
It's the door. I have a thing for the door. It's so cool and medieval. Must make
a wall with giant gates next time. Did
you notice the +fav for your new wallpaper? :P
Quote by Akira-sanHey my "from
singapore" friend... sorry, I don't know what is the word for people from
sigapore '. Sorry for didn't write earlier, as you know... I'm pretty lazy
about mt xD
Haha. The word is "Singaporean". :P It's ok, as long as you reply
eventually.........
Quote:
Hehe, so... you tried to put more colour effects on the sky or you left it how
it looks liked, I understood your explation about wallpaper conception... more
effects were just an idea to make the wallie more vivid but the ruins rly looked
weird, haha xD
Lacus cline is a pink haired girl from Gundam Seed/ Gundam Seed Destiny... you
can check it out in those series' gallery xD
I'm really shocked you never heard about lacus clyne
x___x
I know who she is, just don't know her name. What, Gundam Seed came out when I
was 8-12? I didn't exactly understand it much then, and generally, I don't like
series that are too long, and I'm not a fan of robots-geared anime. Escaflowne's
an exception though - and it's not too much transform into a robot
kind.
Quote:
True, I liked this one more than the other too... I love moonlight sceneries,
you can see most of my wallpapers have moons xD
Oh, so when you gave her wings you didn't know she rly has wings?! Cool! I
commented about the colorless not like a issue, I guess this feature fits pretty
well the whole concept, I don't think saturated colors will make the wallie
better. It's good like it is now xD
About the font, I got it right now... thanks for telling me where to get
^^
Well, I noticed you made a new wallie... I'm gonna check it right now.
Again, sorry for the late reply, hope to talk with you again soon... See you
around, my friend! And tell me which is the word for people who live in
singapore xD
Bye~
Hmmm. It's not that I don't know she has wings, just that I forgot, because she
rarely sprouts them. ^^"" Her actual wings are shaped like normal
angel wings and red/flame coloured.
Quote by Akira-sanHmm, this new wallie
looks so cute <3 I really liked the field of flowers and the scan but I think
the sky's color and those montains don't fits it... the flowers looks like
they're in a massive sunlight and the brow/yellow tones of sky looks like more a
sunset then a blue shiny sky which could fit better the flowers... for me this
is the only issue in the wallie, all the rest is very beautiful and cute ^^
Hope you don't think I'm boring for throwing all those criticism in your
wallpapers... I just try to make it constructive for you improove in the next
works ^^'
And of course, a fav in this one too! x)
Yay! I do so love favs. ^^ Nope, it's not boring. Hmmm. That's a valid point.
The scan has lots of whiteness in them. So far, I haven't made any walls with a
bright blue shiny sky. The reason I made a sunset is that the flowers are
originally already fuzzy, so I thought that softer colours would suit it better.
I've noticed I have a tendency to use matching/duller colours. Maybe I'm a bit
afraid to use bright colours in case of too much brightness/contrast, which
might cause a jarring effect. I'm not really sure how to work with bright
colours. The mountains were fun to make. The
clouds are from the same 2 stocks as in Incandescent Dreams - have you noticed?
I'll probably remake this wall at a later date - recycle the field. Hmmm.
This wall and the ID wall are less popular than my older ones - this one
significantly so. So I've been wondering why. I would have asked you to look at
this wall and generate comments even if you had not. Thanks for doing so before
I asked you! ^^ I'm going away from MT to study for A levels.
Hope I get good grades... Will be back after 20th Nov. See you then! ^^
Regrettably, the team kind of dissolved into a sea of reckless and uncoordinated
leadership. There wasn't much updates not to mention, the time juggled btw
school work and this was too much. The project is frozen atm by the project
leader. I was thinking of leaving the team since I wasn't able to submit the
sketches and strips of scene drawings for the cinematic.
The Line of phrases below are some extracts from a story I wrote for my novel.
An Idea click in place and it was suppose to be implemented into the project.
But , heh, looks like it's all for show so I withdraw from the team.
Anyways, I was too lazy to update my UP, so , not all stuff there you see are
what is going on atm.
WAH ! You are Singaporean ! o_O
It's ok, I take quite long to reply sometimes too. ^^ Sounds complicated and a
lot of work. o_o You wrote a novel? :O That's so cool. Yep, I'm born and bred a
Singaporean. ^^ Is it so rare? :P One of your groups is MT Singapore, so there
should be quite a number in MT. :P

Quote by SevenSkiesAh, ya. Haha, the
grp is pretty much not so active now but heh, I'm sure come December, they will
come down MT and create some commotion. Just
that it is difficult to gather all SGers to come together in one grp.
Aye, it is complicated to do programming especially since it was never my forte.
I am more of an engineer than a programmer. *shrugs* Blame it on the education
system and my lack of luck to be in a un-conducive secondary school environment.
I never find fault in my education. Just easily off beat by external factors. Oh
well, one more year and I am done with the diploma. Then its back to serving the
military and come out to work. ^^V Hopefully, these next 5 yrs will yield me
something fruitful in Singapore. Else, its overseas work for me ! :P
What about you ? Doing up your A levels or working ?
Horrible. What I'm doing = A levels. z___z Which = 1 month away = very little
time. All this translates into DOOM for
me. z________z
Hmmm. I suppose it's kinda weird to create a group solely for Singaporeans.
Maybe that's why the members are a tad inactive. I mean, being Singaporean isn't
a common interest, and imo, Singaporeans generally don't enjoy talking aout
Singapore - what are we going to do - bemoan the 2% gst rise?
Haha, I know nuts about programming. I learnt a little about very very basic
javascript before - like embedding a clock, and forgot all of them. What I know
about photoshop is also pretty much self-taught. I only recently started making
wallpapers. Previously, I did non-anime image manipulating, and I found that
making wallpapers has an almost entirely different criterion. For one, I didn't
have to extract things cleanly - just use the furry-edge eraser, which is one of
the things I really dislike about photoshopping. Making the backgroud is kinda
hard too, because you can't slap anything you want into the background and you
need to consider that they're 2D characters and might end up looking
odd.
If you go overseas to work, where would you go? Are you taking a diploma in
programming? =o

Quote by SevenSkiesLet's see...I have
basically no idea . Sweden ? New Zealand ? Australia ? Philippines ? As long as I am happy,
nothing or where it matters.
Yupz, I am taking a diploma in IT and it covers every programming bits.
Tough and really vexing.
Haha, at the very least, u started young. Not like me, I have to go through ITE
even though I am a O lvl graduate after which, National Service. I disrupted the
military service and here i am working like a panda for my diploma
O_O......
Jiayou hor ! My sis also am a A level holder. Pretty much she says just chiong
and be at ease with the studies for the exams.
So, can it be that you will be taking Media design as your degree after the A
levels ?
Who's the Helen in your sig? :O The most beautiful woman who went to Troy?
Haha.
Hmmmm. I dunno if I'll be taking Media Design, but I don't think so. Though I
enjoy making images and stuff, I don't think it'll be more than a hobby. It's
extremely time-consuming for me, so practically speaking, I think the pay rate
will be very low. I might take some actual courses one day. Maybe I can try for
some work experience in some designing company, while waiting to enter uni, but
then again, I might not. Hobbies are for fun and pleasure, and if you're require
to produce under stress, you might lose the heart/interest in it.
Don't worry about taking the long road - it doesn't matter as long as you get
there. You jia you too! ^^ Don't you want to stay in sg? Won't you miss
your family n friends? Or you'd just want to work overseas if the opportunity
arises? Do you have relatives overseas?

Haha, Helen is an anime heroine in the series call Claymore. ^^
Ah, you sure love movies don't you ? Troy, Brad Pitt movie aye ? xD
Go for what suit your needs most and what you love most bah. Haha, true wor. No
point doing working on a job whereby you are not enjoying the work !
No bah, the life in SG is too hectic and hap hazard. Tax rises so fast and
practically speaking, I don't miss my family members at all. :/ Some bad
relations there and then. ( Traditional family problems)
I will sure take that opportunity to work overseas if there is one opening.
Haha, of course, it is also an experience ^^ Maybe it will teach me to value of
life in sg more. Honestly, I think not bah since Education here are becoming
more of a hitler like propaganda and many passes in O levels are done in dark
dealings, under the table kind of stuff. :/ No proof on it but heh, I had
personally listen the news from ex-friends who are like this... corruption flies
unfounded.
Relatives ? Hrmm..nope. But I hope I can better find good relations overseas. Er, I mean, ...oh well,
nevermind.
Haha. What makes you think I didn't read it from a book? :P I read the story
before watching the movie. Admittedly, the movie was really good - one of the
best 'war/battle' movies I've watched. In fact, I prefer Troy to 300. I watch
more anime than movies. *pats* don't worry about family stuff. Like you said,
it's traditional. Maybe it'll work out someday, or maybe not.
I never knew sg had that sort of thing - bribing n stuff to get O lvl passes.
Were the news reliable? Haha, you want to settle down and marry overseas? You
like ang-mos ah? Anyway, I'll be going away for a while to mug for A levels.
See you after 20th Nov! Good luck for your programming course
too!
